Sailor Moon Shoes!
One shoe is Inner Senshi and the other is Outer, with Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Mask on both.
I made these for my friend’s birthday gift, with mod podge and manga. I didn’t get very nice photos, these were taken in the middle of her party by a liqueured up lass. Several of the comics are hidden with these crappy angles, sorry about that.
They took a bit over 10 hours total, much longer than I anticipated. I wish there were more thorough decoupage shoe tutorials out there since I was pretty close to flying blind here. No where could I find any info on how best to seal them: some sites just said layer on mod podge, with no indication how much, so I’m not sure how sea-worthy these things are. I may borrow them from her before she wears them and add a few more layers and some more coats of acrylic sealant spray, just in case.
I’ve got a bunch of clippings left over too so I may make some for myself, time permitting.
I serious-mode wanna cosplay from Sailor Moon.
Too many feels.
Too much nostalgia.
I need a costume to go with it.
However, I don’t know who I’d suit best.
I’ve got some ideas brewin’ and such but I’d very much like some outside opinions.
Which Senshi/Scout do you folks think I’d fit best as?
