UUuuughr.
I dunno if I an handle my current work schedule.
I have to be up at 4am each week day and I get off somewhere between 11am and 1pm.
Problem is, I can’t seem to normalize my sleep schedule to match!
I find myself passing out as soon as I get home, sleeping ~3 hours, waking up for a couple and the sleeping a few more, etc, repeat until 4am.
I can’t get a thing done! Besides sleep and work.
I have so many messages that I need to reply to/send, A-kon photos to search through/post+write a tl;dr about how it went and my entire room/car needs a serious cleaning.
Just so many things I need to do that won’t happen due to weird, terrible, polyphasic sleep cycle.
I’m pretty sure I’ve spent 89% of my time since I’ve been back from A-kon asleep or at work.
Uuuurgh.

Try taking over the counter sleep aids for a couple days after you get home. I swear by ‘em after I get home from traveling to get over jetlag
